The Marketing Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the Emily McCarthy marketing team, contributing to the brand's presence, event execution, and overall marketing operations. This position requires a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented individual with a passion for social media, event planning, and team collaboration. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple tasks, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities

Social Media Management & Content Creation
Event & Pop-ups Execution
Influencer Relations
Support the Marketing Team

Experience & skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
1-2+ years experience in a marketing assistant or similar role is required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A passion for the Emily McCarthy brand and aesthetic.
An understanding of the target demographic and market positioning of a high end lifestyle brand
Experience with Canva, ShopMy, & all major social media channels preferred
