Overview: 

We are seeking a detail-oriented, service-minded Wholesale Customer Service Representative to support our rapidly growing wholesale division. This in-person role at our Savannah, GA headquarters is essential in ensuring our 350+ retail partners receive exceptional communication, accurate orders, and seamless experience with the Emily McCarthy brand. The ideal candidate thrives on relationship-building, excels in a fast-paced environment, and collaborates closely with our Sales and Warehouse teams. 

Key Responsibilities 

Wholesale Operations & Partner Support 

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for wholesale accounts, delivering timely, professional, and brand-aligned support. 
  • Manage day-to-day communication with retail partners, promptly addressing questions, swaps, damages, order changes, shipping updates, backorders, and product information requests. 
  • Ensure wholesale partners receive a consistent, joyful, and elevated brand experience reflective of Emily McCarthy’s standards. 

Order Processing & Inventory Coordination 

  • Accurately enter, review, and process all wholesale orders. 
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with Operations to confirm product availability, shipping timelines, and special handling needs. 
  • Work closely with Operations to ensure smooth order flow from purchase order submission to fulfillment and final delivery. 
  • Assist in the physical preparation and shipment of wholesale orders, performing hands-on tasks in the warehouse such as packing, organizing, and lifting merchandise up to 35 lbs. 

Sales Team Collaboration 

  • Maintain organized, proactive communication with internal and external sales teams to support order management and customer service needs. 
  • Contribute to forecasting discussions by communicating reorder trends, retailer feedback, and product performance insights. 
  • Flexibility to travel to apparel markets to support appointments, including preparing samples, organizing line sheets, assisting with order entry, and providing on-site customer service. 

Internal Collaboration & Brand Representation 

  • Collaborate with Warehouse and Operations to troubleshoot fulfillment challenges and enhance the wholesale logistics experience. 
  • Represent the Emily McCarthy brand with warmth, professionalism, and an understanding of our luxury-meets-hospitality ethos. 

Education Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree required. 

Qualifications 

  • 2+ years of customer service, wholesale, retail operations, or sales support experience (fashion/apparel background preferred). 
  • Strong communication skills and a relationship-driven mindset. 
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy in order entry. 
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Experience with wholesale order platforms is a plus.

Product Designer

Overview

We are seeking a creative, detail-driven Entry-Level Product Designer to join our design team. This role supports the development of housewares and gift products, accessories, and lifestyle products through concept creation, technical artwork, factory communication, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in graphic design, a passion for product development, and an eagerness to learn the full lifecycle of bringing a product from concept to production.

This position is perfect for a designer ready to grow within a fast-paced, hospitality-minded, design-led brand.

Key Responsibilities

Product Design & Development

  • Assist in designing and sourcing products across gift and lifestyle categories under direction of creative and retail teams.
  • Create design templates, print/pattern layouts using in-house prints by brand designer and creative director, colorways, and artwork files for factory production.
  • Support development of seasonal collections by preparing mood boards, inspiration pulls, color cards, and presentation materials.
  • Collaborate with creative team to refine assortments, categories, packaging, branding elements, and product details.
  • Ensure all design files meet brand standards for quality, consistency, and storytelling.

Graphic Design

  • Produce clean, accurate, production-ready artwork, packaging designs, hang tags, labels, and brand assets.
  • Assist retail and marketing teams with new releases, digital mock-ups and communication on new products and restocks.
  • Maintain organized digital libraries of graphics, prints, templates, and product archives.

Factory Communication & Product Logistics

  • Coordinate with factories and vendors to communicate artwork files, comments, revisions, and approvals.
  • Sample and PO Coordination with factories
  • Assist in reviewing factory submissions for accuracy in color, scale, and construction.
  • Work with logistics and operations teams to ensure timelines are met and documentation is accurate.
  • Maintain clear records of sample shipments and product development milestones.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Operations and Warehouse teams to manage sample flow, incoming shipments, and prototype handling.
  • Support Sales and Marketing teams with product knowledge, seasonal assets, and sample coordination.
  • Support Retail team with product knowledge, e-commerce assets and visual merchandising support

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Textiles, Product Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Basic understanding of product development, materials and sourcing.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and file management.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with factory partners and internal teams.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in driving daily sales goals and contributing to overall store performance.
  • Lead selling behaviors through exceptional client service, product knowledge, and consistent floor presence.
  • Partner with Store Manager to identify opportunities for growth and execute action plans to improve results.
  • Utilize available tools, technology, and training materials to support sales performance and team success.
