Thank you for shopping with us! Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process, timelines, and options.

Order Processing
All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Special orders made with our custom fabrics may require 3–7 business days for processing prior to shipment.
Custom pillowcase orders are made to order and typically ship within 10–14 business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Enjoy complimentary standard ground shipping on qualifying U.S. orders over $350.
Free shipping is automatically applied to eligible standard shipments. Expedited shipping options and select items with elevated shipping costs are excluded.

Expedited Shipping
We offer expedited shipping options at checkout, including both 2-Day and Overnight delivery.
Please note that expedited shipping speeds do not include order processing time. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days prior to shipment.
If you need faster processing or same-day handling, please email us at orders@emilymccarthy.com and we will do our very best to assist.
For expedited orders placed by 12PM EST, your package may ship the same business day and, if Overnight is selected, arrive the following business day. While we work hard to meet requested timelines, all 2-Day and Overnight shipments are subject to carrier delivery guidelines once they leave our warehouse.
If you require guaranteed morning (AM) delivery or have a specific deadline, please reach out to our team so we can review available options with you.

Important:
Shipping speed does not include order processing time.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delivery Notes
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays
  • Once your package leaves our facility, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses
