What began in 2012 as an e-commerce launch rooted in Emily’s passion for distinctive product design quickly grew into a beloved destination for stationery, tabletop, and curated gift collections. In 2016, Emily opened her first brick-and-mortar location in Savannah, welcoming customers through signature bright green doors. For eight years, the historic storefront near the Starland District served as the heart of our community.
With the launch of our clothing label in 2019, the brand continued to expand beyond the original space. Following an extensive restoration of a landmark property on Victory Drive, Emily unveiled her new golden doors in August 2024.
Today, the 14,000-square-foot flagship houses The Flagship Store, the Joy Club Wine + Coffee Bar, corporate offices, warehouse, and fulfillment center—all under one roof. Our flagship remains a meaningful gathering place for the Savannah community while also serving our cherished online customers near and far—continuing the journey of joyful, intentional living that defines the Emily McCarthy brand.
