All sale items are final, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Jewelry, shoes, and other accessories are final sale and are not able to be returned.
We do not offer free returns at this time.
For any orders received damaged, please note that claims have to be received within 7 days of delivery or cannot be returned.
Clothing
Items may be returned for store credit or refund.
If you would like to receive a refund for your return, the return must be initiated within 10 days of delivery. There will be a $10 shipping label fee, and a $10 handling/restocking fee deducted from your refund.
If you would like to receive a store credit for your return, your return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. There will be a $10 handling fee deducted from your credit.
If you would like to exchange your items, there will be a $12 shipping + handling fee deducted from your exchange. The exchange must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Clothing must be unworn. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any sign of wear, alteration, misuse or damage. Items with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.
Items returned to us must have the tags attached. If not, the items are subjected to a 30% restocking fee.
Custom Orders
For custom orders such a pillows cannot be returned.
Custom orders on items are special and specific, meaning they're created just for you. This means we are unable to accept returns unless there has been an error in manufacturing your order.
Fabric
Fabric returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of purchase with original receipt for store credit only, minus a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping and Handling
Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
Return shipping costs are not reimbursed by Emily McCarthy, unless we sent damaged or incorrect merchandise.
