When will my package ship?
All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Special orders made with our custom fabrics may require 3–7 business days for processing prior to shipment.
Custom pillowcase orders are made to order and typically ship within 10–14 business days.
Do you offer Free Shipping?
Enjoy complimentary standard ground shipping on qualifying U.S. orders over $350. Free shipping is automatically applied to eligible standard shipments.
Please note: Free shipping does not apply to sale items or orders containing only sale merchandise. Expedited shipping options and select items with elevated shipping costs are also excluded.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes — we offer expedited shipping options at checkout, including both 2-Day and Overnight delivery.
Please note that expedited shipping speeds do not include order processing time. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days prior to shipment.

For expedited orders placed by 12PM EST, your package may ship the same business day and, if Overnight is selected, arrive the following business day. While we work hard to meet requested timelines, all 2-Day and Overnight shipments are subject to carrier delivery guidelines once they leave our warehouse.

Sale Events
Can sale items be returned or exchanged?
No. All items on sale are FINAL sale and cannot be exchanged.

We do our best to ensure orders are shipped out within 1-3 business days. During sale events shipping could be delayed slightly due to an influx of orders.
Can I cancel or modify my sale order after it's placed?
Due to high order volume during sales, orders are processed quickly and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation or modification once submitted.
