Frequenty Asked Questions:

Will my order be wrapped in the branded packaging with tissue paper?  

  • All Golden Week sale orders will not be traditionally gift wrapped unless you purchase a gift box with your order.  

How soon will be Golden Week orders be shipped?  

  • Even during peak season we do our best to ensure orders are shipped out within 1-3 business days. While delays can be expected with the influx of orders, we do hope to have all Golden Week sales shipped by the end of the following week.  

Can I expedite my order?

  • Golden Week Sales cannot be expedited, but should be shipping within 1-3 business days

Can I price adjust my previous order?  

  • No price adjustments will be made to any previous orders.  

Is the discount automatically applied to my cart?  

  • Yes, the Golden Week discount codes are automatically applied at checkout. You should be able to see your additional discounts show on your checkout screen.  

Are there exclusions to your Golden Week Sales?  

  • Our Core Collection & Lounge Collection are both excluded from the sale  
  • Home & Gift items as well as Accessories are also excluded online  

I ordered multiple times, can I receive a refund for shipping, and have my shipments combined?  

  • Our fulfillment team cannot make any promises on shipping orders together.  

Will Golden Week Sales be final sale?  

  • Yes all golden week sales are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.  

If I have any questions, what is the best way to reach your customer service team?

  • We always to our best to answer all emails within 1-2 business days max. Please note during this busy week response times could be longer. All emails will be answered in the order they are received. We may not be able to answer phone calls during this promotion, but will return all voicemails as soon as we can!
