Refund policy
ALL GOLDEN WEEK SALES WILL BE FINAL SALE
Holiday Return Policy updates: For all full priced purchases, that are eligible for return, placed between December 4th and December 24th, the return window will be extended through January 6th. This allows for any purchases made to be gifted on Christmas to have a courtesy 2 week window of return.
- All sale items are final, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We do not offer free returns at this time.
- For any orders received damaged, please note that claims have to be received within 7 days of delivery or cannot be returned.
Clothing
- Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt for Store Credit Only minus shipping costs.
- Clothing must be unworn. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any sign of wear, alteration, misuse or damage. Items with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.
- Items returned to us must have the tags attached. If not, the items are subjected to a 30% restocking fee.
- Jewelry and shoes are final sale and are not able to be returned.
Custom Orders
- For custom orders such a pillows cannot be returned.
- Custom orders on items are special and specific, meaning they’re created just for you. This means we are unable to accept returns unless there has been an error in manufacturing your order.
Fabric
- Fabric returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of purchase with original receipt for store credit only, minus a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping and Handling
- Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
- Return shipping costs are not reimbursed by Emily McCarthy, unless we sent damaged or incorrect merchandise.
