About Joy Club
The goal of the Joy Club Membership is to provide a curated and intentional selection of wine labels, highlighting female-owned brands alongside our personal favorites and seasonal picks. Our membership is designed to inspire exploration, deepen wine knowledge, and share our love of wine & bubbles while fostering meaningful connections within the joyful Emily McCarthy community.
Becoming a subscriber means you’re part of an exclusive membership that includes 10% off all retail wine purchases and a complimentary glass of bubbly each month — a little extra joy to sip and savor.
The Joy Club wine subscription includes four bottles each month, thoughtfully chosen to showcase a mix of varieties tailored to the season and availability. Subscriptions are available for in-store pickup only and cannot be shipped.
Each member will be charged on the first of every month once their membership is active.
All wine sales are final. Valid ID is required at pickup to confirm age.

Terms & Conditions
Commitment Terms
When you sign up for a subscription plan, you're committing to a minimum number of orders based on your selected plan duration:
- 3-month plan: Minimum 3 orders required
- 6-month plan: Minimum 6 orders required
- 12-month plan: Minimum 12 orders required
Cancellation Policy
You may only cancel your subscription after completing the minimum number of orders for your chosen plan. For example, if you selected a 6-month subscription, you must receive and pay for 6 orders before becoming eligible to cancel.
Pause Options
While you cannot cancel before completing your minimum commitment, you may pause your subscription at any time. Pausing temporarily stops future shipments and billing while preserving your current plan and order count toward your minimum requirement.
How It Works
Your cancellation eligibility is tracked by completed orders, not time elapsed. Once you've received and paid for the required number of orders for your plan, you'll be able to cancel your subscription at any time.
